Day 21 of 52 Days:  Blue Galactic Eagle

Today’s inner journey is about living your truth.  We all have our beliefs, but what is your EXPERIENCE? 

Vision is a gift.  I’m not talking about just seeing with the eyes, but a greater definition of vision — a vision that rises above any self-imposed limitations.  The adventure, the voyage, the challenge is to delve into the creative landscape of who you really are…self-discovery…self-healing…self-mastery.   Live your life from your highest vision…your purpose…from a place of integrity.  Give flight to the vision of your sacred livelihood.  Your livelihood is based on living your purpose and your purpose directs how you live in your body and your life. 

In Nia, Principle #11 is Creating a Sacred Livelihood: the business of your body and your life.  Do what you love (I love teaching Nia) and step into your greatness!  A few words come to mind to express what Nia has brought into my life…self-confidence, creativity, strength, mastery, community, joy, focus, intention.

Nia is conscious movement. We learn about The Body’s Way in the White Belt Intensive, the 52 Moves of Nia, the 13 basic principles.   My personal experience is that by embodying conscious movement through teaching The Nia Technique, I am able to share the sacredness of the words: Love My Body and Love My Life.  Those are not just words to be spoken willy-nilly.  There is purpose behind them.  Purpose is an intention or desired outcome that directs your life force energy.  When you begin to consciously Love Your Body, your life force energy opens up paths that move you toward living your purpose.  Within your purpose lies the seed for creating your sacred livelihood.

Today, know that you are sacred. Know that your body is a gift.  Bring your uniqueness to all that you do.  Express passion and love for your body and your life.

You have one body through which to express the magnificence of who you are.  LOVE YOUR BODY.  LIVE YOUR TRUTH.
